to the GYM!

so today i went to our school’s gym for the second time this week (hoping to make a habit out of it). I’ve been running around the track (8 laps is 1 mile) and doing little exercises in between.

Today i:

ran 4 laps

did 15 push ups

ran a lap

did 20 sit ups

ran a lap

did something called “superman” for 25 seconds (http://tinyurl.com/yedshch)

then repeated:

did 15 push ups

ran a lap

did 20 sit ups

ran a lap

did 25 seconds of “superman”

and finished with 2 more laps (so about 1.25 miles)

Hoping to get up to 3 sets of each and eventual bump up each exercises to 25 repetitions
